Offsite Education Limited offers a comprehensive range of services to support organisations arranging visits and off-site activities for children and young people in their care.
Organisations may include Early Years settings, schools (all types), Academies, colleges, multi-establishment Trusts & Federations, off-site learning providers, youth & community groups and charities.

Advice on all aspects of the process involved in planning and facilitating visits and off-site activities in accordance with current national best practice and statutory requirements, to include: risk management, parental communications, stakeholder competence, visit purpose and value, approval and notification procedures, monitoring and auditing , checking external providers and transport issues.
To those organisations for whom the Local Authority is not the employer e.g. Academy Trusts, Free Schools, Independent Schools, Colleges, Foundation Schools and Voluntary Aided Schools, we can also provide access to up to date Policy and Guidance for off-site visits and either an online establishment account on Offsite Education's own EVOLVE system or advice and support on acquiring and managing your own EVOLVE.
Training for stakeholders in the visit process that will raise their level of competence and so increase their confidence in their role; Senior Managers/employers, Educational Visits Co-ordinators, Visit Leaders and Group/assistant Leaders, volunteers, administrative support staff and Governors/Trustees.
In addition to our standard training courses we can offer bespoke training for staff within an organisation on any aspect of the visit process.
